Named after Grandfather Caesar, affectionately known as “Cesi”, the restaurant tells the story of a farmer’s son who laid the foundations of the Julen family’s hospitality tradition in the 1960s through authenticity, hard work and genuine warmth. Today, the next generations carry his values forward through character, conviviality and a contemporary interpretation of alpine hospitality.
